Lawyers in our Finance Practice have extensive experience guiding clients of all sizes through the maze of legal obligations attendant to corporate finance and securities. We never lose sight of the primary goals and strategies that drive those obligations. We recognize that agreements, regulatory filings, and other legal documents are not goals by themselves - rather, they are tools for achieving a client's business needs. With that in mind, we draw on our vast practical experience and industry knowledge to create legal solutions that meet those needs.

Our diverse client list ranges from individuals and closely held businesses to publicly traded companies, major Korean and multinational corporations, investment banks, entrepreneurs, property developers, investors and sponsors. We also represent technology startups, financial institutions, and foreign clients investing in Korea. We provide securities advice and assistance to corporate issuers.

Our Finance Practice lawyers aim to protect the legal and commercial interests of our clients and facilitate negotiations so that transactions actually close. We guide our clients throughout the entire process, from drafting and negotiation to closing and the actual implementation of the project. If things don’t go as planned, we have long experience in litigating and arbitrating financial disputes.
