    The M&A Practice Group provides a full range of legal services relating to domestic and cross-border M&As. Each M&A transaction is unique, having different requirements and interests, depending on factors such as transaction structure and characteristics of the target. The Group provides creative, innovative solutions that are tailored to the particular circumstances of each M&A transaction.

    The attorneys in the Group assist clients from the initial stage of seeking an investment opportunity through the final stage of closing the transaction, as well as the post-merger integration stage. Our interdisciplinary team approach enables us to work closely with other practice groups such as tax, banking and securities, corporate restructuring, labor, litigation and industry-specific regulations, to ensure that the clients receive the highest quality and most cost-effective service. Moreover, our experienced staff and professionals enable us to conduct extensive due diligence in an efficient manner. We also work in close association with major international investment banks, accounting firms and consulting firms in order to address all of our clients’ needs in any type of transaction in today’s competitive environment.
